I had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. The hosts were extremely welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean and had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast room was beautiful and the food was absolutely amazing. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful getaway.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It exceeded my expectations in every way and provided a truly luxurious experience.

Accommodating hosts, beautiful and tastefully decorated room, comfy bed. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options. Convenient location with easy access to bus routes and nearby walks. Parking available.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the room was beautiful, clean, and bright. The outdoor space with the fire pit and jacuzzi was a unique and relaxing touch. Close to Edinburgh for shopping and entertainment.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

I recently stayed at a BnB located outside the city center, which was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently located near a bus stop that provided easy access to the city. The highlight of my stay was the comfortable room with spotless bathroom. The service was exceptional, with attentive hosts who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The delicious breakfast served in a beautiful sun room was a great way to start the day. the village location had a charming atmosphere with a Saturday Farmers Market and a lovely riverside walkway.
That the walls were a bit thin, allowing sound to easily travel between rooms.
